Poison Ivy Blossom??

What is this? Is it poioson ivy? I don't think so. It doesn't grow like poison ivy and the leaves are slightly different. The problem is that there is poison Ivy growing by it and I seem to get a rash every time I go over there. When it is blooming it becomes an ivory cloud enfolding the landscape it has claimed as it's own. When you move closer you can see the galaxies of blooms separate into clusters and further into individual fireworks displays. But what is it? I don't know.
